Grown in the North Shore, near Waialua and Haleiwa, this lot is from the only coffee farm on O’ahu.
Our Waialua offering is a Natural Process coffee where the coffee bean is dried and processed with the whole cherry skin and pulp intact.
This method gives the sugars and pulp more time to impart more flavors into the final cup. The Waialua coffee starts off as a mellow, earthy cup that is layered with cinnamon. The finish is muted, but lengthy.

To make the most out of our exceptional coffee, use fresh filtered water. Coffee should be stored in an airtight bag and kept in a cool, dark place or stored into a freezer. Coffee should avoid air, light and moisture. We recommend 2 tablespoons ground coffee per each 6 ounces of water.
Note: All orders placed under ground will be ground to "Auto-Drip" unless otherwise specified. 3.5oz Waialua Blend ground is only available in "Auto-Drip"
