To make the most out of our exceptional coffee, use fresh filtered water. Coffee should be stored in an airtight bag and kept in a cool, dark place or stored into a freezer. Coffee should avoid air, light and moisture. We recommend 2 tablespoons ground coffee per each 6 ounces of water.
Note: All orders placed under ground will be ground to "Auto-Drip" unless otherwise specified
We enjoyed the first batch we received so much that we decided we another round! We like all the roasts, but the private reserve is by far the most special of them all.

Have made quite a few trips to Maui on the lahina side of the island. I always stopped and have gotten their coffee and it’s delicious.
